Elzhi and Phat Kat appear focused and determined as they speak on a variety of upcoming projects, expanding their sound by working with international producers and embracing new, upcoming talent from Detroit such as Danny Brown. Elzhi sounds like he's finally prepared to release "Elmatic" to us after a 2 year wait. I'm really glad to hear both MCs express their opinions on the current state of mainstream Hip Hop in a straightforward, unbiased way by focusing on both positives and negatives.
Prepare for the duo album by Phat Kat and Elzhi called "Cold Steel", Phat Kat's solo album "The Katacombs" and Elzhi's "Elmatic.
