"It's not what it is, it's what you make it. It could be better but I'll take it."
I really admire a well-written song that helps you to appreciate the simple things in life by an MC who invites challenges of the everyday struggle with his head held high. The humble, everyday-person perspective of life is one of the best parts of Hip Hop, with the rest of the world moving at a rapid pace just turn on a song like this and hear he feeling of someone who relates to the daily grind.
