Preview: New York Trouble / Electric Progression - Unreleased Recordings From The KPM Vaults

"Recently discovered material from the KPM Music Library released for the first time, complete with KPM classic green sleeve and label design!

On the first side we get 11 tracks by New York Trouble, aka library music legend Herbie Flowers. This is previously unreleased 70s vintage material featuring punchy driving soul, lazy funk-rock and all sorts of beats for diggers. Perfect for both serious and light hearted contemporary drama.

On the flip we get 19 cuts by the mysterious Electric Progression, who opt for strikingly progressive themes featuring synthesizers, electric piano and rhythm section. I reckon Tummy Touch label boss Tim 'Love' Lee and pal Barry Morgan are behind Electric Progression, but the pair's attention to library music detail and use of vintage analogue equipment means these tracks sound just as retro as Flowers' offerings on the A-side"

Limited Edition 180 gram vinyl pressing.
