First up is Spinna's version of Prince's 'Starfish & Coffee' which has now become 'Maple Syrup Jam'. This musical moment is nothing short of sweet as Spinna mashes two classics that go together like peanut butter and jelly. J Rocc follows up with 'Re Purple Music', which transforms Prince's music into an outstanding dose of Disco-Funk.
"Over" shows Carmen's desire for hope as she let's go of the pain to the dreamy sound of Nicolay. Like the realization of a better tomorrow the two create a sound that is calm and reflective, using song to relieve heartbreak. This is the sound of music that encourages you to not give up and realize you're worth fighting for.

When they formed together, there was no other crew who could make your head nod quite like the Beyond Real crew of DJ Spinna, Joc Max and Ge-ology. This distinct sound of Hip Hop is known as The Beyond Real Experience, and helped to create a catalog of celebrated indie releases during the late 90's.
