Jeru The Damaja's "You Can't Stop The Prophet" Sings The Gospel With A Soulful AI Rework

The angst and drama of Jeru's "You Can't Stop The Prophet" gets heightened considerably on a powerful rework by @CoverFunk_Syndicate. This epic and soulful reimagining of the song is probably what you'd hear if a group interpreted Jeru's debut album as a Broadway musical. I'm hoping a real band hears this cover and uses it as inspiration to get in the studio and record a similar arrangement. If that happens, we can get enhanced sound and more of the nuances of human expression in the performance.

Below, Jeru and Afu-Ra get busy on the freestyle tip with a rare 12" single from the 90's. For 2024, Jeru offers a deluxe edition of "The Sun Rises In The East".
