This newly formed trio composed of Philly Hip Hop Legend ”Rahsheed aka Maylay Sparks”, newcomer “Chukk Rukkuz” and rapper/producer “K-Sluggah” from the squad known as Muddy Fatique, have joined forces to form the “Hood Thrill Hunters”. This 10 track urban reprise was entirely produced by Karl “K-Sluggah” Frigyes and is a must have!
""Illadelph Elohim" is boosted by lyrical turns from Rucker Pawk and Last Emperor while DJ Devastate scratches across the hook; Chuck Rukkuz goes for the throat on the blunted "In The Green"; and "Changing Scenery" closes out the album on a high note. Maylay, of course, gets ample credit on the closer, as he kicks fiery and personal bars. But it's the inclusion of his entire Muddy Fatique crew that makes it truly special. Also, given his love for his new stomping grounds in Denmark, it's only fitting that he ends his Renaissance joined by his international teammates." - Below System Records

Maylay Sparks lets his imagination and pen flow to visualize sexcapades in between painting life pictures in rhyme on "Spit On It". This talented wordsmith from Philly revives a lyrical art used by MCs heavily in the 90's which was cinematic and put you into the perspective of a man caught up in the moment with a female. This project isn't all about that subject, though as Maylay Sparks provide balance between subject matter to create an exciting movie.
"Ill scriptures choke niggas, like Boa Constrictors"
Inspired by the art of Blaxploitation music to tell suspenseful ghetto tales, "Spit On It" is conceptual with storytelling, and outstanding moments of getting busy on the mic over dusty sample-based sound. With production varied in mood and tailored for each story for an overall rugged sound to match each MC's persona, Maylay and company leave a noteworthy presentation of cinema to satisfy your ear for creativity, originality and a competitive sound of Hip Hop.
