Drift Away On A Weightless Ride Of Fusion With Multi-Instrumentalist Morgan Guerin's "The Saga III"

"Guerin has wasted no time establishing himself on the NYC scene, offering critical contributions on a slew of critically acclaimed albums including Tyshawn Sorey's, "Unfiltered" (tenor sax and EWI), Terri Lyne Carrington and Social Science's, "Waiting Game" (bass, drums, and vocals), Kassa Overall's, "I THINK I'M GOOD" (saxophone and bass clarinet), to Esperanza Spalding's GRAMMY award-winning record, "12 Little Spells" (synth, bass, and vocals), for which he co-wrote the song, "How To."

Morgan grew up steeped in the rich Louisiana currents of musical tradition, counting Dr. John, the Marsalises, Allen Touissant, and close family friends. He moved to Atlanta for his teenage years, and then to NYC in 2016, where he attends The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. One of his primary goals was to release a trilogy of albums before he finished college. Following up on the release of "The Saga" (2016) & "The Saga II" (2017), The Saga III (2020) completes the trilogy, bringing the artist's sound into a completely new light."
