Recently I stumbled across this recording of a sampler tape for OB4CL that I used to own. I think it still holds up as a collectors item to accompany the classic debut of Raekwon. If you never heard this one, and the instrumental version of the album below enjoy. Chef lights the mic up to open the tape, and you get some interludes featuring Ghost that are not on the album.

For my first time hearing/seeing Rae & Ghost perform with a band and as a die-hard Wu-Tang fan, I believe they made this event a special one. The Wu has been rocking with a band more in recent years and on this night, it was time to celebrate The Purple Tape live in NYC. Enjoy an hour and a half as The Chef and the killa with no face proceed to rock the place.
