BCC fans stand up! Here are 15 performances from the Random Axe/Smif-N-Wessun show at Highline Ballroom, NYC on Tuesday, 6/21/11. The set starts off with Tek and Steele doing some of their classics from "Dah' Shinin'" and "Enta Da Stage", then newer songs by Sean Price, Black Milk and Guilty Simpson as the dynamic trio Random Axe. Much respect to toneriggz for his work in capturing great Hip Hop performance footage from NYC.
Bringing head-banging sounds from the 313 to the NYC, this collaboration of Detroit and NY's finest looks to be an Hip Hop album to look out for in the summer of 2011.

Hip Hop supergroup Random Axe
(Black Milk, Guilty Simpson and Sean Price) speak from a live event about their new album which will be released on June 14th, 2011 on Duck Down Records. To be honest these guys don't really need to say much for a lot of Hip Hop heads to be excited about their up and coming album. The music and their collective talent pretty much speaks for itself, which is a good thing.
If you felt the uncut rawness of the first single "Monster Babies" and are fortunate to own the combined music catalogs of Sean Price, Black Milk & Guilty Simpson, you are probably one of those people who hold heavy anticipation for the debut album by Random Axe.
