Neek The Exotic - "Hustle Don't Stop" LP Snippets + WKCR Freestyle With Large Pro

Neek The Exotic is back to break backs 'n necks, presenting true-to-life visions of the ghetto with an aggressive rhyme flow on his 2013 solo LP "Hustle Don't Stop". Neek The Exotic first stepped on the scene in 1992 with a dope verse on Main Source's classic joint "Fakin' The Funk" and continued dropping underground gems since then, always backed by Large Professor on the vocals and/or beats. The longtime-friends collaboration series was highlighted by their critically acclaimed and Fat Beats released album "Still On The Hustle". Neek The Exotic decided to step out of Large Pro's continuously following shadow and work on a release without any help from his extraordinary beat-making/rapping partner.

20 tracks strong, "Hustle Don't Stop" contains the underground smash hits "Get The City Warm" featuring Bumpy Knuckles & Satchel Page and "Real Deal Hip-Hop" feat. DJ JS-1. The album features production mainly handled by Confidence (of Rashad/Purpose & Confidence) and The Audible Doctor as well as Alterbeats, Tommy Tee, Ras Beats, The Arcitype, Big Malk, Weirdo (of Crazeology) and DJ Hachi. Guest appearances include Large Professor, O.C. (of D.I.T.C.), Bumpy Knuckles, Sadat X, DJ JS-1, B-1, Mikey D, Satchel Page, Mic Handz, Father D, and Mayhem Lauren.

Check out snippets from the album at iTunes, "Hustle Don't Stop" is also available at Undergroundhiphop.com.

Enjoy a moment from Neek The Exotic and Large Professor's history as a duo in a 1999 appearance on Bobbito's CMFamalam show. Neek and Large join associate Royal Flush to tear down the mic Queens style during he release of Neek's "Backs 'N Necks" EP. The freestyle begins around the 1.05.00 mark.

This moment is also special since it is the show where they first recognize and commemorate the recent passing of Big L. Enjoy this collectors item of New York Hip Hop! Other guests on this 4 hour episode include Prince Paul and Akrobatik.

Don't miss the "Comin' In Piles" EP as well, released on Ill Adrenaline Records with songs which are unavailable on "Hustle Don't Stop".

Common Visits WKCR For Beats, Rhymes & Comedy During "Like Water For Chocolate"

This fun vibe that was unique to The CM Famalam show is an example of what Hip Hop should feel like, beats, rhymes and good times. Common visits WKCR during the promo run for "Like Water For Chocolate", an album which many argue is a moment of Common finding his niche or identity musically.

What starts out as a normal radio interview quickly unfolds into hilarious moments of spontaneous rhyme busting mixed with snapping on callers and each other inside the studio. Bob and Sear definitely know how to make a radio episode memorable and bring about a fun-filled high school lunchroom vibe to Common's interview.

Brooklyn's Own F.T. Meets The CM Famalam Show In 2002 For A Freestyle

F.T.'s appearance on Bobbito and Lord Sear's CM Famalam represents the uncut Brooklyn approach of emceeing. Listen as the street smart lyricist delivers sights and sounds of BK through brash wordplay and a careless attitude. The sinister sound of DJ Premier's "The Natural" instrumental serves as the perfect backdrop to match F.T.'s rhyme flow for this 89 Tech 9 freestyle session.

In 2002, Just Ice, DJ Premier & Mike G of The Jungle Brothers Have Fun @ The CMFamalam Show

Remember this tight 12" with Just Ice & Kane produced by Premier from 2002? On this episode of Bobbito & Lord Sear's CMFamalam show, Just Ice, DJ Premier & Mike G Of The Jungle Brothers visit the studio to promote their collaboration on wax and join in some fun times for the WKCR tradition of beats, rhymes and comedy. I don't know which part of this tape I like better, the furious freestyle session of Just & Mike G over the Militia beat or the hilarious diss session that pops off at the end with Sear..

Rock of Heltah Skeltah Lights Up The Mic For The CMFamalam Show in 2000

Rockness Monsta visits WKCR studios and proceeds to go off on the mic for Bobbito and Lord Sear. As one of the best Hip Hop radio shows ever, 89 Tech 9 brings the best out in many MCs. This performance by Rock is no exception as he drops memorable lines both written and off the top.
