The Soul Surfers drop a new 7in single “Doin’ The Rasklad b/w Girl From Sao Paolo”. It will be pressed in limited quantities and is prepped to be another highly collectable and sought-after 45 from the Russian collective. As a contemporary Russian Funk band who specializes in deep Funk and Soul these guy not only jam with tremendous energy but their sound presents a quality of dirt and rawness that you may have heard listening to your favorite obscure Soul 45s of the 60's & 70's. The Soul Surfers present traditional sounds of Hammond Funk for 2012 and beyond.

Jazzman Records presents a reissue of Chocolate Snow's economically-themed Soul tunes "Inflation" and "A Day In The Life". Chocolate Snow's sound flows with a laid-back vibe similar to the sound of Isaac Hayes' "Three Tough Guys" soundtrack as a sound of entertainment and social commentary and voice of the 1970's American economic struggle.
