On Searchin.. (a Jazz Mixtape), DJ Green Lantern is your pilot on a jazzy ride of classic music as he flips familiar and not-so-familiar songs into new creations. On my favorite song from the project, Green Lantern played and re made Roy Ayers "Searching", placing the timeless vocals of Mary in the mix. In my opinion, the result of this musical trinity of Green, Ayers & Blige is pure happiness.

Escape to the dreamy sounds of DJ Green Lantern who carries on the tradition of innovative instrumental Hip Hop albums with "Jazz Dream". In the vein of J Dills and Pete Rock, Green Lantern merges Jazz and Hip Hop for an attractive set of instrumentals. Not only does he make your head nod, Green provides a look into the future of beats. Overall, the sound is a pleasant and offers a progressive approach to music. "Jazz Dream" is bound to take you to a better place with serene samples driven by the rugged neck-snapping undertone of Hip Hop.
