This is some high-paced, contemporary funk from Italy. The Esplanade Orchestra are an emerging funk revival band who replicate the sound of the 70's with a great level of authenticity, but more distinct to U.S. style of vocals and instrumentation than European. Check out a pressing of this 45 at eBay, it is a limited edition so you may want to grab one while you can.
