In celebration of the KRS-One and True Master album release "Meta-Historical", I'm taking it back to a look at KRS-One in 2 of his greatest elements: live performance and inspirational speaking.
A 2008 performance clip by KRS-One at New York's EOW, a spot known for it's history of Hip Hop performances and outlet of skill perfection for up-and-coming MCs. KRS inspires a stage of aspiring MCs who all show their love and appreciation through live freestyle. It seems the presence of KRS-One brings out the best in everyone else around who loves Hip Hop.
KRS interviewed with Davey D's Hip Hop Corner about "Hip Hop Lives", his 2007 album with Marley Marl. The best part however is the discussion about a variety of issues relating to everyday life and prosperity which relates to the album's content. From family, social equality, self-education, homelessness, media and Hip Hop, this interview contains a wealth of life experiences you'll want to hold onto for your own future reference.
