Detroit's own Guilty Simpson lays down trails, tribulations and memories of ghetto life on "Yesterday". With Eric Lau's vision on the boards, Guilty's harsh memories of the hood are presented as a beautiful vision for the listener. This soulful and melodic track brings a sense of calm with head-nod rhythms and vocal performances by Fatima & Olivier Daysoul who give depth and definition to the idea of yesterday throughout this song. Listen and take a trip back in the days with this union of Hip Hop and Soul.
