Philadelphia's Aquil comes through with an ear-full in his deep and thoughtful approach as a lyricist on "Land Of Synth". With depth of content which balances showing off on the mic with good songwriting and meaningful messages, this is a listen which may remind you of what you've been missing from since the 90's. These two standout songs "Golden Ration" featuring Yahzilla Supa DJ produced by Astronote & "Image Creation" featuring Electric Lady produced by The Jazzment show Aquil's knack for combining thoughtful and skillful lyricism with the presence of female vocalists and soulful production.

Aquil shows individuality as an artist who has a determined message, carrying the torch for MCs of high intellectual standards. This project shows a strong dedication to the boom-bap with production from the likes of Astronote, TheEnginear, Trey Hemingway, Arcka and others. "Land of Synth" is due for release Nov 30th 2012 on all digital outlets.
