Step into the upbeat dance vibe of new millennium Funk duo Tuxedo. In a visit to France, producer Jake One and singer Mayer Hawthorne represent a revivalist movement which draws inspiration from the party-inducing rhythm and sound of 80's Disco and the crate-digging imagination of modern Hip Hop. Hear how this project came to be as Jake and Mayer reflect on their like-minded taste for 80's Boogie which contributed to the creation of songs which departed from their regular music-making approach.
