Hittman was signed to Aftermath from 1998-2001 and was instrumental in creating Dr. Dre's multi-platinum 2001 album. During this time he was working with Dre on his own album that ended up being shelved. This collection is made-up of songs he recorded for his shelved album as well as a freestyle session.

In comparison to "2001", some songs sound like ideas in progress but all in one way or another carry the undeniable sound of this classic album in outstanding drums which support dark musical arrangements featuring minimal chord structures in an overall sinister mood. For the best songs, check out "Bloww" featuring Dr. Dre & Knoc-Turn'al, "Front Page", "Watch Out" featuring Knoc-Turn'al, When It Comes To" and "Last Dayz".
