"Kathy's Basement is the first release for Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter and guitarist Kameron Corvet since writing, recording and performing with Sting and Shaggy on the Grammy Award-winning album 44/876. Dedicated to the basement in the dream house that his mother, Kathy always wanted but was never able to get; this project features musicians who have collectively played and toured with Prince, Janet Jackson, Drake, Justin Timberlake Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Jill Scott, Ne-Yo and more. 

On the heels of co-writing Fallin' off of Toni Braxton's new album Spell My Name(released 8/28/20) and ahead of an acting role supporting Cynthia Erivo as Cornell Dupree in Nat Geo's soon to be released Genius: Aretha, Kameron is full steam ahead. Standout songs include "N-U", "I Miss the Way" and a special acoustic cover of "Don't Make Me Wait", the lead single he composed and co-wrote for Sting and Shaggy's Grammy Award-winning album 44/876."
