You won't hear this interview on MTV, ABC or commercial media. JB d'Mulatto, co-host of The Hed Rush Radio reflects on the early days of recording with Eminem as a member of the group The Anonymous on the song "Green and Gold" in 1998. At the 24:00 mark of the show he revisits memories of working closely with Eminem with limited resources in a normal middle-class lifestyle to lay the foundation which would eventually turn him into the famous Aftermath Records artist you know today.
The Hed Rush show provides an interesting and very informative perspective on Hip Hop by digging into obscure releases of the 90's, many songs which you might have had to be a DJ or crate digger to be familiar with. In addition to good music, hosts JB d'Mulatto and Spider Jerusalem provide good commentary related to Hip Hop culture and life as shown on this episode as they discuss balancing art with financial responsibility. They each give important advice on how to make the right decision in choosing your path in life when faced with a musical career and all the factors which determine financial stability.
