Ferry Ultra and the Homeless Funkers bring back the feel-good party vibe of late 70's/early 80's R&B on their self titled 2012 LP with a help from an excellent crop of emerging and legendary musicians. The unit manage to bring a masterful touch on production and arrangement in reviving a classic sound, taking their own approach in the new age by merging elements of Soul and Jazz for a vibrant collection of fast-paced dance grooves and slower love ballads. The vocal features are very memorable with legends such as Gwen McCrae, Roy Ayers and Kurtis Blow adding their unmistakable presence to the music alongside contemporary talents that might have you looking twice at the album credits.

Prepare to move as "Ferry Ultra and the Homeless Funkers" touches a nostalgic vibe and dancefloor energy of the past with a strong collective of contemporary talent of production and songwriting.
