Aquarium Drunkard does a great job in examining the horror edge of vintage Soul music on " Trick Or Treat, Volume 8". It serves as an interesting listen because normally we think of Soul music as lively and uplifting or slow and moody love-based music. However this compilation shows the dark and eerie imagination of some obscure acts from the 1950's to the 70's.
