"Playboy Mikey D and Ladies Love Cool J — two 16-year-olds with a love for hip-hop, before the records and everything that followed. This rare 1984 freestyle recording gets a new setting with a remix produced by K Cut of Main Source.
This version brings my history and my Main Source family together. Much love to K Cut for giving the recording that official Queens flavor, and to my brother LL Cool J for a journey that still inspires me today." - Mikey D
Original freestyle vocals: Playboy Mikey D & Ladies Love Cool J (LL Cool J), recorded in 1984
