With outstanding talents such as Frank McComb, Doobie Powell, Kirk Wallum and others, DavidMichaelMusiq demonstrates the power of music driven by spirituality. In the vein of Gospel Soul bands who go hard on the emotion of their performance, "Inconsistencies" strikes a nice balance between power and grace. DavidMichaelMusiq creates songs to remember as each vocalist and instrumentalist shines in their journey toward musical divinity.

"A “Triple Dare” worth taking: superstar trio BWB returns with their third album, an entirely original collection handcrafted by Norman Brown (guitar-vocals), Kirk Whalum (saxophone-flute-vocals) and Rick Braun (trumpet-flugelhorn-valve trombone-vocals) combining only the gritty and greasiest elements of Kansas City jazz, Memphis soul and Philly funk. The self-titled, ten-track set struts and seduces with swagger and sophistication along with a mischievous dash of “sweet, tart and tasty” guaranteed to make you “Turn Up” and “Bust A Move.”" - Mack Avenue

Kirk Whalum brings smooth Jazz vibes on his 19th solo album "Romantic Language". The first single which is a cover of Eric Benet's "Spend My Life With You" display's Kirk's soulful approach to romantic Jazz combining smooth sax and organ solos for a slight 70's fusion sound, while the rest of "Romantic Language" leans towards the 60's Jazz music vibe of John Coltrane & Johhny Hartman.
